The section headings used herein are for convenience only and shall not be given any legal import. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent, and any attempted assignment without such consent will be null and void. We may assign these Terms or any rights hereunder without your consent. These Terms shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
